I cooked the Souptacular Cracked Peppercorn soup with an organic, low sodium vegetable broth in the slow cooker for 6 hours on high. Then:


In a frying pan, fry:

* 1 tbsp olive oil
* half an onion, chopped
* 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
* 1 clove fresh garlic


Add the mushrooms and onions mixture into the crockpot along with:

* 1 pound cooked organic ground beef
* Let it cook together for another hour and serve.
