Thanks for the email with the good news. Here is my take on souptacular soups:
I love the ease of making a good hearty soup at a low cost. My kids love them as we always have leftovers, and they are wonderful for school lunches. They make a great fall/winter meal when the snow starts coming down. And being vegetarian, these soups are that much easier to make and serve!!!
